Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is important to us.

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we politely request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations.

When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving us notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with clients on our waiting list.

Please note: Due to cancellations and no shows having a large financial impact on a small business, if you do not provide 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling it will result in a cancellation/rescheduling fee of 50% of the appointments total value. ​No shows OR cancellations/rescheduling within 2 hours of your allocated appointment time will result in a cancellation/rescheduling fee of 100% of the appointment value.

We understand that situations or emergency's may arise and you may no longer be able to keep your appointment, we take these into consideration.

However, we also ask you to please take into consideration this is our livelihood & that cancellations (regardless of the situation) have a large impact on our income.

A new appointment will not be able to made until this payment is received in full. And also future appointments may need to have a deposit paid. Thank you so much for your understanding The team at Divine Hair and Beauty
